In all packages you can have your own vendors come and set up. No restrictions on who you can use.

Due to changes in Idaho state laws regarding alcohol service any alcohol being served at this venue must have a bartender working under an Idaho state liquor license. We are in the process of creating a vendor list to help with this, but it is not a mandatory list.

Event insurance is added to all packages automatically unless you prefer to get your own. This fee depends on the size of the party and runs approximately $85-$200 for roughly 50 to 125 guests.

The arch of your choosing and benches will be placed in the general area where you've chosen to have your ceremony. We must be given this information at least 5 days ahead of time. White folding chairs and 6' round tables available and come included in the packages. These tables seat 8 adults comfortably. We have 12 tables and 110 white chairs. Above this will need to rent the additional elsewhere. A 16' x 32' white tent for additional shade or weather coverage will be set up on the South side of the barn, at no additional charge. There is a second one available to rent for $300. We have a decor shop with many items to help make your day beautiful and unique. A bonfire area for quiet conversation and/or smores is always a good time! Open flame restrictions may be in place depending how high fire danger is at the time. If camping restrictions at the close by Idaho state parks ban open flame then so will we. The house and/ or camping is an option to stay a night or two or three. Room for RV/campers in the long driveway. Tent camping available behind the barn near the bonfire! This maybe included in your package or an additional fee. You can set up the night before and clean up the morning after in most package options. A 3 hr window in addition to your selected time can be used for rehearsal or set up the night before or morning of. No cigarette smoking indoors at all. Cigarette, cigar, pipe, vaping OK outdoors only and must be put out completely and disposed of properly. Pets on a case by case basis with deposit, $100 ea.. Must make arrangements ahead of time. Service animals allowed without deposit, please inform us ahead of time. A cleaning deposit will be added to the invoice which may be refunded after the rental period if the house and barn are left fairly clean and without damage. This depends on the size of the party and could be $150-$250. Quiet time starts at 9pm with 1 additional hour in the barn for clean up. The barn should be closed up and lights out by 10p. If an overnight stay is included 10p is still quiet time, barn is still closed up but low key celebration is fine by the firepit or house.

Only the wedding party and close family should have access to the house throughout the weekend. Vendors setting up, photography, make up/ hair etc allowed during the time they are working there.

Questions to ask when hiring for alcohol service:

Can I get a copy of your liquor license?

Are you able to serve in Idaho, if in Washington?

Do you provide the alcohol? (they must or at least they need to bring it to the venue)

Will you pull the beverage catering permit? (should cost $20)

How many bartenders will you supply for XX people? ( one for up to 100 people approx)
