In all packages you can have your own vendors come and set up. No restrictions on who you can use. The only requirement if hard alcohol is served a bartending service must be hired to cater this. Event insurance is added to all packages automatically unless you prefer to get your own. This additional fee depends on the size of the party and runs approximately $2.50 per person. Beer, wine and champagne can be served without a bartender but an event liability insurance policy that covers alcohol is still required with Riffle Road Ranch LLC named on the policy. The arch of your choosing and benches will be placed in the area where you've chosen to have your ceremony. There will be at least two options. White folding chairs and 6' round tables available and come included in the packages. A 16' x 32' white tent for additional shade or weather coverage is available. One may be included in the package you choose. There are two available at $300 ea if not included in the package you select. A bonfire area for quiet conversation and/or smores is always a good time! Open flame restrictions may be in place depending how high fire danger is at the time. If camping restrictions at the Idaho state parks ban open flame then so will we. The house and/ or camping is an option to stay a night or two or three. Room for RV/campers in the long driveway. Tent camping available behind the barn near the bonfire! You can set up the night before and clean up the morning after in most options. Rehearsal dinner can be scheduled 1-2 days prior to event includes the house if available. No cigarette smoking indoors at all. Cigarette, cigar, pipe, vaping OK outdoors only and must be put out completely and disposed of properly. Pets on a case by case basis with deposit. Must make arrangements ahead of time. Service animals allowed without deposit, please inform us ahead of time. A cleaning deposit will be added to the total which may be refunded after the rental period if the house and barn are left fairly clean and without damage. This depends on the size of the party and could be $150-$250. Quiet time starts at 9pm with 1 additional hour in the barn for clean up. The barn should be closed up and lights out by 10p. If an overnight stay is included 10p is still quiet time, low key celebration is fine!
